Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TeleBoost. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using TeleBoost (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you are using TeleBoost on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers to both you and the organization.

2

Description of Service

TeleBoost is a cloud-based platform designed to help growth teams manage Telegram outreach at scale. The Service includes:

  • Telegram account management (multi-account support with session encryption)
  • Group member scraping and lead organization
  • Direct message (DM) campaign management with scheduling and quotas
  • Group messaging campaigns with AI-generated or predefined templates
  • Contacted client tracking and conversation history
  • Team collaboration with role-based permissions
  • Dashboard analytics and activity monitoring

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

3

Eligibility

To use TeleBoost, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
  • Represent that the Telegram accounts you connect are owned by you or that you have explicit authorization to manage them

By using TeleBoost, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

4

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately at support@teleboost.app of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Not use another user's account without permission

TeleBoost enforces a single active session per user account. Logging in from a new device or browser invalidates all previous sessions. This is a security feature to protect your account and cannot be disabled.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5

Subscription Plans & Billing

TeleBoost offers multiple subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Pro, and Business — each with different limits on the number of Telegram accounts and contacts you may manage.

5.1 Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@teleboost.app within 14 days of the charge.

5.4 Plan Limits

Using the Service beyond your plan limits may result in feature restriction, automatic plan upgrade prompts, or temporary suspension of affected features until the next billing cycle.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time, with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal cycle.

6

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TeleBoost only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you send through it.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use TeleBoost to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR marketing consent requirements, etc.)
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate individuals
  • Violate Telegram's Terms of Service — including restrictions on automation, bot usage, and mass messaging (see telegram.org/tos)
  • Scrape or process data of individuals without a lawful basis (under GDPR or applicable law)
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label the Service without prior written consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of TeleBoost
  • Use the Service to conduct phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices
  • Use the Service in connection with illegal activities, including but not limited to: data theft, identity fraud, or circumvention of security systems
  • Overload or stress-test our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6.2 Your Compliance Obligations

TeleBoost is a tool. You are responsible for how you use it. Before using the scraping and messaging features, you must ensure:

  • You have a lawful basis for processing the personal data of individuals you target
  • Recipients have consented to receive commercial messages, where required by law
  • Your messages include required opt-out mechanisms (e.g., unsubscribe instructions for marketing communications)
  • Your use of Telegram accounts complies with Telegram's own ToS
Disclaimer: TeleBoost does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of messages you send through the platform. You are solely liable for any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from your use of the Service.

6.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

7

Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership & Copyright

TeleBoost — including its source code, software architecture, design, user interface, branding, documentation, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive proprietary work of TeleBoost and is protected by copyright law, applicable intellectual property treaties, and all other applicable laws.

© 2025–2026 TeleBoost. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers, assigns, or licenses any ownership interest in TeleBoost's intellectual property to you. The Service is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by TeleBoost.

7.2 Limited License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, TeleBoost grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

This license does not include the right to: sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service; access the Service to build a competing product; or use the Service in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

7.3 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload or create through TeleBoost (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant TeleBoost a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. This license terminates upon account deletion.

7.4 Prohibited Actions

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of TeleBoost's software, design, or documentation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Scrape, spider, or systematically extract the Service's structure, UI patterns, or features for replication
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on or within the Service
  • Use TeleBoost's name, logo, trademarks, or branding without prior written permission
  • Build a competing product or service that replicates the core functionality of TeleBoost using knowledge obtained from using the Service
  • Transfer or sublicense your access rights to any third party

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of TeleBoost's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

8

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you manage through TeleBoost (“Customer Data”). TeleBoost processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service in accordance with your instructions.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to upload, process, and use all Customer Data through TeleBoost
  • Customer Data does not violate any applicable law or infringe on the rights of any third party
  • You will comply with all data protection laws applicable to your processing activities

TeleBoost is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Customer Data. You are the data controller for all personal data you manage through the Service. TeleBoost acts as your data processor.

9

Team Collaboration

TeleBoost supports team workspaces where multiple users can collaborate on shared data. If you create or manage a team:

  • You, as team owner, are responsible for your team members' compliance with these Terms
  • You may invite members via email invitation. Invited members must accept the Terms before accessing team data
  • Team data (contacts, campaigns, accounts shared within the team) is accessible to all team members with appropriate role permissions
  • You are responsible for managing member access and revoking access promptly when a member should no longer have it

Team data ownership and the ability to export or delete team data is controlled by the team owner or admin-role members.

10

AI-Generated Content

TeleBoost offers optional AI-powered message generation using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini as primary, Groq/Llama as fallback). By using this feature:

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated messages are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all messages before they are sent
  • You consent to relevant context (message templates, group context, tone preferences) being sent to third-party AI providers to generate suggestions
  • TeleBoost does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content
  • You are solely liable for any messages sent through TeleBoost, whether AI-generated or manually composed

Do not input sensitive personal data (e.g., financial details, health information, passwords) into AI generation features.

11

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to TeleBoost but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may:

  • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with or without advance notice
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Experience downtime due to factors beyond our control (internet outages, Telegram API issues, third-party service failures)

Free plan users have no SLA guarantee. Paid plans benefit from priority support but are subject to the same best-effort availability commitment unless a separate SLA addendum is agreed.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeleBoost's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to TeleBoost in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or
  • €50 if no fees were paid

In no event shall TeleBoost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or data corruption
  • Telegram account bans or restrictions resulting from your use of the Service
  • Damages arising from third-party claims (recipients of your messages, Telegram ToS enforcement, regulatory actions)
  • Damages arising from the content or accuracy of AI-generated messages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you to the fullest extent.

13

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleBoost expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties that the Service will not infringe third-party rights
  • Any warranty regarding the results you will obtain from using the Service (including campaign response rates or business outcomes)

TeleBoost makes no warranty that using the platform in a particular way will comply with Telegram's Terms of Service or any applicable law.

14

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeleBoost, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Content you send through the Service (including campaign messages)
  • Your violation of Telegram's ToS, anti-spam laws, or data protection regulations
  • Any claim by a third party (including message recipients, Telegram, or regulatory authorities) arising from your use of TeleBoost
  • Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
15

Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period for paid plans.

15.2 Termination by TeleBoost

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that:

  • You have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • You have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Continued access poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties
  • Required by law or at the direction of a competent authority

For non-critical violations, we will attempt to provide 7 days' notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

Sections on intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

16

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which TeleBoost operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@teleboost.app and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where TeleBoost is established. For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply and cannot be waived by these Terms.

16.3 IP Enforcement

Notwithstanding the above, TeleBoost reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights without the requirement for informal resolution or arbitration. Unauthorized use of TeleBoost's intellectual property may be pursued under both civil and criminal law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection law, including your GDPR rights if you are an EEA resident.

17

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (those that significantly affect your rights or obligations), we will:

  • Provide at least 30 days' written notice via email to your registered address
  • Display a prominent notice within the Service
  • Update the “Last Updated” date on this page

Continued use of TeleBoost after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with material changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.

Non-material changes (e.g., typo corrections, clarifications) may be made without notice and take effect immediately.
