TeleBoost's AI copilot answers from your real conversations, contacts, campaigns and results — then does the busywork: it updates leads, moves stages, sets reminders and drafts follow-ups. Anything that leaves your workspace, like a message or a campaign, waits for your approval. Type or just say it — in the app, or straight from Telegram.
Replies, campaigns, tickets and revenue, pulled live from your workspace the moment you ask.
Updates contacts, moves pipeline stages, sets reminders, builds segments and saves templates.
Messages, campaign launches and recorded sales wait on an approval card with the real names.
Dictate in the app or send a voice note to the TeleBoost bot. You read the transcript before anything runs.
Every morning starts with the same tour: the inbox for what's unread, each campaign for who replied, the contact list for who went quiet, the reminders for what's due. The facts are all there — scattered across five screens, waiting for you to stitch them together before you can do a single useful thing.
The copilot does the tour for you. Ask for your briefing and it gathers unread conversations, campaign replies, running campaigns and due reminders in a single lookup, then tells you what needs you first. Same workspace, read the way you'd read it yourself — minus the clicking.
The information was never missing. It was spread across five screens and a morning of clicking.
A general chatbot guesses. The copilot looks. Every answer comes from a lookup in your own data — the conversations in your inbox, the contacts in your CRM, the numbers behind your campaigns — and each lookup shows up in the chat as a line you can expand to see what it found. Ask how the product works and it searches TeleBoost's actual help center instead of improvising advice.
It stays inside the workspace you're in: your solo data, or the team you've switched to. Not sure where to start? Type / in the composer for ready-made prompts like Daily briefing or Draft a follow-up.
Some requests are faster said than typed — on a phone, between two calls, or when the request is long. Tap the microphone in the message box and talk for up to two minutes; your words come back as text, ready to send. Speak in whatever language you work in: it's detected automatically.
What the copilot never does is act on what it heard. Speech recognition is good, but proper names — a lead's surname, an account handle, a campaign title — are exactly where it slips, and they're the words that decide who gets moved or messaged. So the transcript waits for you: fix a name, add a detail, then send. In Telegram, send the TeleBoost bot a voice note and it replies with the transcript and two buttons: Run, or Edit to correct it first.
Talking to your CRM should be faster than typing to it — but never faster than reading what it understood.
Most of what the copilot does is housekeeping, and housekeeping shouldn't need a permission slip. Reading your data runs straight away. So do internal changes you can reverse: adding a note, moving a lead to another stage, building a list or a segment, saving a template, opening a ticket, setting a reminder, pausing a campaign.
Anything with consequences outside your workspace is different. Sending a message, creating or starting a campaign, removing a saved group, changing an account's sending quota, recording or reversing a sale, recording a contact's consent — each stops at an approval card that spells out what will happen, from which account, to whom. Approvals are single-use and expire after fifteen minutes; send a new message instead and the pending action is cancelled.
The TeleBoost bot that already sends your notifications is also a way to talk to your copilot. Link it once from the app, then ask for your briefing on the way to work, check who replied between two meetings, or ask it to send a follow-up — typed, or as a voice note when your hands are full. Answers come back short and phone-sized, with progress shown while it works.
Approvals work exactly as they do in the app: the bot shows what it's about to do, with two buttons — Approve and Cancel. /workspace picks the workspace it acts on, /new starts a fresh conversation, and /usage shows what's left of today's allowance.
The copilot isn't a separate AI product working from an export. It uses the same set of actions as TeleBoost's MCP server and runs through the same rules as the app: messages go out through the same pipeline, with your accounts' sending quotas and connection protections, and your plan's limits apply. If your plan doesn't include campaigns or tickets, the copilot doesn't pretend it does.
That's also where it differs from the MCP server. MCP is for bringing an AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — to your pipeline, on Pro and Business. The copilot is already there, on every plan, with nothing to connect or configure. Use one, the other, or both: they reach the same workspace through the same safeguards.
Conversations with the copilot are saved so you can pick up where you left off, search them, rename them or delete them. You decide how long they're kept — 30 days, 90 days (the default), six months, a year, or forever — and older chats are deleted automatically.
For anything you'd rather not keep, open an ephemeral chat: it's never written to the database. What remains is a usage count — how many requests, how many tokens — never the content.

Every plan, Free included. Each collaborator gets a daily allowance based on the workspace's plan: 10 requests a day on Free, 30 on Starter, 60 on Pro and 150 on Business. On paid plans you can keep going beyond that at one AI credit per request, taken from the workspace owner's balance. The allowance resets every day at midnight UTC.
Not by default. Sending a message, creating or starting a campaign and recording a sale always show an approval card first — in the app, or as Approve and Cancel buttons in Telegram. The “Act directly” setting turns confirmations off if you prefer speed, but it stays off unless you choose it.
Yes. In the app, tap the microphone and speak for up to two minutes: the transcript lands in the message box for you to check and edit, and it's never sent on its own. In Telegram, send a voice note to the TeleBoost bot and it shows the transcript with Run and Edit buttons. The language is detected automatically and your audio is never stored. Dictation is included on every plan — 5 minutes a day on Free, 20 on Starter, 45 on Pro and 90 on Business, per collaborator — and it doesn't use a request: only the message you send does.
No. The copilot works for you and your team, inside your workspace — it isn't a chatbot for your customers. A message to a contact goes out only when you ask for it, and by default only after you approve it.
MCP connects an AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — to your TeleBoost workspace, and it's available on Pro and Business. The copilot is built into TeleBoost itself: nothing to install or authorize, available on every plan, and reachable from the TeleBoost bot in Telegram. Both use the same set of actions and the same safeguards.
Yes — like any AI, it can misread a question. That's why every lookup it makes is visible in the chat, and why anything that leaves your workspace waits for your approval, with the details laid out, before it happens.
Create a free account, connect a Telegram account in seconds, and ask your copilot for today's briefing. The Free plan includes 10 requests a day.
