What We Shipped While We Were Quiet

A few quiet weeks on our channels, and a lot of new things in the product: an AI copilot for your whole workspace, selling inside the conversation with no commission, a Vault for your media, private conversations, a team inbox, translation and tracked links.

ProductUpdateRelease notes

We've been quiet on our channels for a few weeks. The product hasn't. This is the catch-up: what's new, who it's for, and which plan it's on. Everything below is live today.

0%
commission on what you sell inside a conversation
10 GB
of Vault storage for your media on Business
60+
actions your AI copilot can take across your workspace

An AI copilot that knows your workspace

The newest addition, and the one you'll probably use every day. Ask a question in plain language — "who replied this week?", "how are my campaigns doing?", "what did I earn this month?" — and the copilot answers from your real data: your conversations, contacts, campaigns, tickets and results. No export, no dashboard to dig through.

It can act too. Update a contact, move a lead to the next stage, set a reminder, draft a follow-up for the people who went quiet and save it as a template. Anything with real consequences — sending a message, launching a campaign, recording a sale — waits for your approval by default, with a summary of exactly what will happen.

  • In the app and in Telegram. The TeleBoost bot that already sends your notifications becomes a way to talk to your copilot. Ask for your daily briefing from your phone, and approve actions with a tap.
  • On every plan, Free included. 10 requests a day on Free, 30 on Starter, 60 on Pro and 150 on Business — then one AI credit per request on paid plans.

Get paid inside the conversation

You can now put a price on anything in your content library — a video, a guide, a pack of files — send it into the conversation you're already having, and the buyer pays right there. Two ways to pay:

  • Crypto through @CryptoBot — USDT, TON, BTC and more, with the lowest fees available and no chargebacks.
  • Telegram Stars — Telegram's own paywall. The buyer sees a blurred preview in the chat and unlocks it by paying, without ever leaving Telegram.

The rule underneath is absolute: nothing is delivered until the payment provider confirms the payment. Once it does, the content is released automatically, and the sale is written into your revenue figures on its own — attributed to the conversation and the account that made it.

We take no commission, and we never hold your money. You connect your own payment account and the funds go straight to your wallet. You pay a flat subscription for the software and nothing on your sales, whether that's a hundred dollars this month or a hundred thousand. Available on every paid plan.

The Vault: your media, organised and stored

Your templates used to be a list of messages. They're now a proper content library — the Vault — holding text, photos, videos, files and voice notes, with tags, collections and an approval status so a manager can write scripts in draft and the team only ever sends approved ones.

Every item keeps its own record: how often it was sent, the reply rate it earned in campaigns, and the results recorded within thirty days of it. In the inbox, the Vault opens from the composer as a quick search — type two letters, arrow down, enter — and choosing an item only places it in the composer, so nothing is ever sent by accident.

Storage comes with your plan: 2 GB on Starter, 5 GB on Pro and 10 GB on Business, shared across all the workspaces you own.

An inbox built for more than one person

As soon as two people answer the same inbox, "who's got this one?" becomes the most expensive question in the room. In a team workspace, every conversation now has an owner and a state — unassigned, in progress, waiting, snoozed, resolved — and the inbox sorts itself into live queues: Mine, Unassigned, Needs reply, Follow-up due, High priority.

  • A transfer carries a handover note, so context survives a shift change.
  • A quiet presence signal shows when a teammate is already typing a reply, so two people never answer the same person twice.
  • Per-member permissions: decide who can launch campaigns, edit contacts, see revenue or manage tickets — and restrict someone to specific Telegram accounts. Restrictions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

Team features are part of the Business plan. For everyone, each conversation now shows the contact's full profile beside the chat, and you can add existing Telegram conversations to your CRM in one step.

Keep private conversations private

A Telegram account holds more than work. You now decide which conversations TeleBoost syncs at all: only the chats you select, or everything except the ones you exclude. Excluding a chat removes what was already collected in that workspace — the conversation itself stays untouched in Telegram.

For anything personal, mark the conversation private. It's kept out of the workspace, and only the person who connected the account can bring it back — not a teammate, not an admin, not the workspace owner. That's what makes it reasonable to connect a real account to a shared workspace. Available on every plan.

Reply in any language

Telegram is global, and the reply that matters is often in a language you don't read. Incoming messages can now be translated inline, right under the original. When you answer, you write in your own language, preview the translation and send it in the contact's.

One rule keeps it trustworthy: the contact's language is something you set, never something we guess from a two-word message. Each message is translated once and cached. Translation is available on paid plans and uses your monthly AI credits.

Know what's working — down to the name

Three additions change how you measure a campaign:

  • Live segments. Save any filter — "active this week, priority high, hasn't replied" — and it keeps matching new people as they qualify. Launch a campaign on it directly; the audience is frozen at launch so your numbers stay comparable.
  • A review before every launch. Who will be reached, who is held back (do-not-contact, inbox-only, on hold), which accounts will send, and every message in the sequence — checked before anything goes out.
  • Tracked links. Drop a link into a template as a variable and every recipient gets their own, so clicks come back with names instead of one anonymous total. Telegram's own link previews and known bots are kept out of the count.

And the dashboard grew up. It's now split into six views — Overview, Pipelines, Acquisition, Conversations, Outcomes and Team — with first response times, results attributed to the campaign, template and account that produced them, and revenue reported per currency, never blended into one invented total.

A CRM that bends to how you work

No two operations sell the same way, so pipelines are now yours to build — your stages, in your team's own words, with presets for sales, recruitment, agencies, communities, customer success and support if you'd rather edit than start blank. Each stage is mapped behind the scenes to a standard category, so renaming a stage never quietly breaks a report. Pipelines are available on every plan, Free included.

Every contact now also carries a full profile: an owner, a priority, what you think they're worth and what they've actually brought in, the next thing due, and every group they were found in rather than just the latest one.

Less busywork, without losing the human touch

  • Automation rules handle the housekeeping: when someone replies, file them; when a deal closes, stop their follow-ups; when a lead opens your link, raise their priority. They never send a message — conversations stay human. New rules start switched off, and you test them on a real contact before turning them on.
  • Playbooks lay out the steps of a conversation you run often — an onboarding, a qualification call — right beside the chat. They guide; you decide when to move on.

Both are available on paid plans.

Smaller things you'll appreciate

  • Bring the accounts you already have. Import several Telegram accounts at once from their existing session files, with a full preview before anything is added — on every plan.
  • Bulk actions that finish. Select a whole filtered set — thousands of contacts — and large jobs keep running in the background even if you close the tab.
  • Long messages just work. Messages over Telegram's length limit are split exactly the way the official app splits them.
  • Bring your own AI, too. Prefer Claude or ChatGPT? Our MCP server now exposes more than sixty tools, so they can build segments, move contacts through a pipeline, record results and create tracked links (Pro and Business).
